This project involved the major transformation of a small single-family, two-bedroom, home that was previously characterized by dark, enclosed spaces. The architectural intervention focused on opening the living areas around a central circulation core, creating a more fluid spatial experience and enhancing the quality of natural light throughout the home.

New openings toward the backyard bring abundant daylight into the interior while strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. On the upper floor, a reconfiguration of the rooms allowed for the integration of a full bathroom, improving both the comfort and functionality of the residence.
